AMBASSADOR N.OYUNDARI MADE A VISIT TO THE ARCHIVE OF SCIENCE OF POLISH ACADEMY OF SCIENCES (PAN) AND POLISH ACADEMY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES (PAU) IN KRAKOW

Ambassador N.Oyundari visited the Archive of Science of Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences (PAU) in Krakow, and held a meeting with the Director of the Archives, Dr. Adam Korczyński. They exchanged views on bilateral cooperation in the fields of history, science, and archival affairs. The Ambassador expressed gratitude for the preservation of materials related to the history of Mongolia in the Archives, including in the legacy of Prof. W. Kotwicz.

Prof. Władysław Kotwicz is a prominent Polish Mongolist scholar whose contribution to the development of Mongolian studies is significant. He is a scholar who has made outstanding contributions to the preservation, protection, dissemination, and study of Mongolian written and physical heritage.

This visit highlights a valuable opportunity for cultural and academic exchange between Mongolia and Poland, particularly in the areas of historical and archival research. The parties agreed to cooperate in further disseminating these materials.
