Power of attorney
A Mongolian citizen residing in Poland may exercise their rights —such as transferring the right to sell their privately owned real estate to another person or opening a bank account—through their representative or through power of attorney in Mongolia.
You may fill out the power of attorney form electronically in advance via the link provided, then upload your identification documents and any attachments related to the power of attorney into the system. The authorized representative in Mongolia may obtain the notarized power of attorney from the nearest notary office in their province, district, or in Ulaanbaatar.
The recipient of the power of attorney will verify it using the QR code located at the lower left corner of the document.
Required documents:
-

-
If issuing a power of attorney on behalf of a child under 18 years old, the child’s passport and birth certificate;
-
If the power of attorney concerns an apartment or immovable property, the registration certificate of the real estate;

After uploading the required documents to the system, you must visit the Embassy in person to sign and authenticate the power of attorney.
