Passport

Citizens who wish to apply for a new Mongolian passport must prepare the following documents and appear in person at the Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw:

1. Completed passport application form

2. Copy of the applicant’s National ID card

3. Current passport

4. If the passport has been lost: a certificate issued by the local Police Department of the district of residence (in the Republic of Poland)

5. Photographs /in digital/

6. Fee

Note: Please note that citizens ordering a new passport must be included in the updated citizen registration.
