Updated civil registration
Mongolian citizens aged 16 and above who reside in the Republic of Poland may visit the Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw in person to provide their fingerprints (biometric data) and register in the updated civil registration system.
To register in the updated civil registration, you must prepare the following documents:

Birth certificate

National ID card (a copy is acceptable)

Passport
Note: When registering, you must know your family name and the permanent residential address under which you are registered in Mongolia.
After your information is entered into the updated registration system, your electronic ID card will be printed and delivered to the Governor’s Office of the district or soum where your permanent address is registered in Mongolia. You may then have your electronic ID card collected by your parents, siblings, or close relatives in Mongolia.
