Registration of Paternity

The Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw shall register the paternity of a child born to parents who are not married based on a joint application submitted by the parents (the application shall state the surname, patronymic, date of birth, citizenship, address of residence of the citizen who acknowledges that he is the father of the child, the surname, patronymic, first name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, and whether the surname and patronymic of the child will change after paternity is established).

To register paternity, the following documents must be submitted and the applicant must appear in person at the Embassy:
1. Application from the father
2. Identity card of the parents (copies may be provided)
3. National passport
4. Birth certificate of the child (or birth certificate)
