Registration of Marriage

Those intending to get married must submit the following documents and register in person at the Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw:

1.A joint application from the spouses to register their marriage to the Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw (both intending spouses must sign the application and provide their address residing in the Republic of Poland, and phone number),
2. The spouses' electronic identity card (can be a copy)
3. Passport,
4. A reference from the State Registration Office regarding whether they have been married before (a decision from the relevant organization or a certified copy in case the marriage was dissolved, or their spouse has died). For a foreign citizen who wants to marry a Mongolian citizen, it is necessary to obtain a reference from the relevant organization of the country,
5. A health certificate (psychiatric, tuberculosis, AIDS test),
6. The spouses must be accompanied by two witnesses who have reached the age of 18.
