Registration of Death

The Embassy of Mongolia in Warsaw shall register the death and issue a death certificate based on one of the following documents:

•    Medical certificate of death, certificate of burial of the deceased,
•    Court decision declaring the citizen’s death and its copy,
•    Forensic medical report on the cause of death.

It is necessary to bring the deceased citizen's birth certificate, a copy of the citizen's electronic identity card, and a passport.
