AMBASSADOR N. OYUNDARI EXCHANGED VIEWS ON EXPANDING INTERPARLIAMENTARY COOPERATION BETWEEN MONGOLIA AND UKRAINE AND STRENGTHENING RELATIONS BETWEEN THE TWO LEGISLATIVE BODIES

On 21 May 2026, Ambassador N. Oyundari met with Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and member of the Ukraine–Mongolia Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mr. Anatolii Kostiukh, who also serves on the Committee on Energy, Housing and Communal Services, as well as Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Chairman of the Ukraine–Kazakhstan Parliamentary Friendship Group, and member of the same committee, Mr. Serhii Nahorniak. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on expanding interparliamentary cooperation between Mongolia and Ukraine and strengthening relations between the two legislative bodies.

The Ambassador also visited the “Invincibility Yurt” established by the Kazakh people — fellow nomadic and yurt-dwelling brothers — to provide moral support to Ukrainians during the difficult wartime period, and learned about cooperation between the parliaments of Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
